Sweet Kiddles, part of Inspire Early Education, is seeking a District Manager to lead 11 schools in the Cleveland/Columbus Ohio Area, driving educational excellence, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.
You’ll oversee licensing compliance, travel within the region, recruit and develop Center Directors, manage budgets and enrollment, and uphold a people‑first culture that supports families and educators.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

You will oversee the operations and performance of 11 schools within your assigned region (Cleveland/Columbus Ohio Area), driving educational excellence, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

What You’ll Do:
Coach and support School Directors through training, performance reviews, and development. Set goals, drive accountability, and support new school integrations.
Oversee operations across 11 schools, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and company standards.
Drive enrollment growth, support family engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Lead regional financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, staffing efficiency, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure high‑quality curriculum delivery, classroom experiences, and educator development across all schools.
Partner with Recruitment, HR, Enrollment, Compliance, Curriculum, and Facilities teams to support regional success.
Ensure maintenance requests are completed, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
