Job summary

Sweet Kiddles in Ohio is seeking a District Manager to oversee 11 schools across the Cleveland/Columbus region, ensuring educational excellence, operational efficiency, and engaged teams. You will coach Directors, drive enrollment growth, manage budgets, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with HR, Recruitment, Curriculum, and Facilities to support regional success.

Will travel regularly within the region and meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience leading multi-site licensed childcare centers.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, labor, enrollment, and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop teams across 11 schools in the region.
• Coach Directors through training, performance reviews, and development.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring licensing, health, safety, and standards compliance.
