Job summary

Sweet Kiddles Flexible Childcare in Twinsburg, OH is hiring Floating Teachers to work with children of all ages in a warm, supportive classroom setting.

This full-time role offers hourly pay between $13 and $18, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k), daily pay, and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will create engaging activities, support learning, build relationships with families, and collaborate with a caring team committed to inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a childcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children’s growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
