Qualifications

• At least a Juris Doctorate degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients across various industries.
• Advising on regulatory and public policy matters related to PwC's commercial activities.
• Responding to inquiries or investigations initiated by regulatory authorities.
• Preparing commercial partners and staff for public inquiries and hearings.
• Managing contract negotiations and dispute resolutions to mitigate contractual risks.
• Developing and implementing corporate compliance programs and policies.
• Conducting legal analysis and preparing strategies to address regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with teams to drive innovation and promote technological advances in Office of General Counsel (OGC).
• Building and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies to validate compliance standards are met.
• Leading efforts in regulatory submissions project management and reporting.
