Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a MFG Offsite Technical Representative to coordinate technical activities at offsite subcontractor facilities and serve as STR for contracts. You will liaise with Production, Development and Programs and contribute to the Uranium Transformation program under the Uranium Senior Director.

The role emphasizes risk management, planning, and procurement documentation, with up to 30% travel to offsite sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related technical discipline with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience integrating multiple departments with competing priorities.
• Requires a Q clearance and ability to access Materials Access Areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) for offsite facility contracts and coordinate with Procurement.
• Coordinate and manage Y-12 activities at the offsite facility, including space, access and hazardous materials control.
• Support Uranium Mission Transformation by planning, communicating status, and managing risks.
