Job summary

Blue Ocean Mariculture LLC, based on Hawaii Island, seeks a Facilities Assistant/Driver (Yard Hand) to support offshore daily operations, loading/delivering products and maintaining the offshore yard. The role also assists in vehicle and equipment upkeep and coordinates with Hatchery, Processing, and admin offices to ensure smooth logistics.

The candidate should hold a valid driver's license (CDL not required), pass drug screening, forklift/gradall certifications, and be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass drug screening.
• Able to pass forklift certification and gradall certification.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, continuously.

Responsibilities

• Support Offshore daily preparations.
• Gather, fill, and transport processing ice totes.
• Load and unload feed and various shipments.
• Utilize forklift and gradall equipment proficiently.
• Aid Facilities Manager in maintenance endeavors.
• Contribute to vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of Offshore yard.
• Maintain precise records of receiving and maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate capability to adhere to schedules and procedures autonomously.
