Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years wind technician experience; 3+ years troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily contractual obligations with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance, component replacement, and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbines.
• Conduct diagnostic electrical analysis to optimize performance.
• Maintain records of service activities using digital reporting.
