Job summary

Kalypso Offshore Energy, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead subsea cable installation projects in the offshore energy sector. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating internal resources and external vendors, monitoring progress with detailed plans, managing scope changes, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience as Project Manager in offshore renewable energy, subsea cable installations.
• Strong technical background with offshore operations.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects aligning with objectives and client requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage risks and changes to scope, schedule, costs.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
