Job summary

Airswift partners with an innovative engineering consultancy serving offshore energy sectors. We seek a Mid/Senior Structural Engineer to own ownership across the project lifecycle, focusing on structural analysis, subsea structures, and decommissioning initiatives.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions from concept through installation, while mentoring junior engineers and drafters. This role offers strong visibility and direct impact on projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
6+ years of offshore oil & gas structural experience.
Strong experience in structural analysis, frame analysis, and FEA.
Advanced proficiency with ANSYS and experience using SACS.
Ability to perform engineering calculations independently and review technical drawings.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations for offshore structures.
Develop and review engineering deliverables, reports, and technical documentation.
Interpret and mark up structural drawings and design packages.
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters when required.
Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution strategies.
