Job summary

Ultipro seeks a Shorebase Foreman to lead daily shorebase operations supporting offshore activities in the Gulf of Mexico. You will prioritize work, coordinate personnel and resources, supervise cargo handling, vessel movements, and transport logistics to ensure safe, timely execution.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of shorebase logistics experience, strong leadership and planning skills, and familiarity with vessel support operations and HSE procedures.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of shorebase logistics experience supporting offshore operations.
• Experience leading personnel and coordinating multiple operational activities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Knowledge of vessel support operations, cargo receiving, staging, and offshore material movements.
• Familiarity with cargo handling, hazardous materials, and shorebase HSE procedures.
• Strong planning, organization, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shorebase operations by prioritizing work and coordinating personnel and resources.
• Supervise shorebase personnel responsible for vessel movements, cargo handling, and material tracking.
• Communicate with offshore operations, logistics, vendors to confirm requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate changes due to weather, vessel availability, and cargo constraints.
• Oversee vessel arrivals, departures, berth assignments, loadouts, and turnaround activities.
• Ensure documentation, manifests, labeling, and shipment notifications are accurate and compliant.
