Job summary

iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) is seeking experienced Offshore Scaffolders to support offshore oil & gas facilities in the United States. You will safely erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems while adhering to offshore safety regulations and company standards.

The role requires a CISRS/OPITO (or equivalent) certification, a high school diploma, and at least 3 years of offshore scaffolding experience.

Qualifications

• Mandatory CISRS/OPITO or equivalent offshore scaffolding certification.
• Minimum 3 years offshore scaffolding experience.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle offshore scaffolding structures.
• Interpret scaffolding drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all scaffold installations comply with safety regulations and engineering requirements.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Transport, organize, and maintain scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and toolbox talks.
• Work with maintenance, construction, and operations teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
