Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking an EHS Specialist I to support the safety program across offshore projects. The role involves routine safety assessments, coaching field teams, and helping with incident reporting and investigations. Travel to project sites is typically required.

The position focuses on enforcing safety practices, conducting tool-box talks, and maintaining compliance with EHS standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field.
• BCSP certification such as STSC is preferred.
• Experience in safety observations and incident investigations is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing safety programs and procedures on assigned projects.
• Conduct routine safety observations and field audits.
• Support incident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
• Coordinate with field teams to reinforce safe work practices.
• Assist with safety training, toolbox talks, and JSA reviews.
• Maintain safety records and documentation in project systems.
