Job summary

MBA Energy & Industrial is seeking a Project Safety Specialist to implement and monitor HSE programs on active construction and industrial sites across our projects. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction or industrial safety experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and hazard assessments to mitigate risks.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Maintain digital safety reports, photos, permits, and logs in a timely manner.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
