Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking an EHS Specialist I to support the safety program across assigned projects, helping maintain an incident-free work environment.

Travel to project locations is typically required and you will assist with routine safety assessments, training, and incident reporting. You will work closely with field teams, supervisors, and offshore personnel, reinforcing safe work practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of cumulative safety experience in heavy civil construction, dredging, oil & gas, or maritime projects.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• BCSP safety certification (STSC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of safety programs and conducts routine safety assessments.
• Assists with training delivery and incident reporting activities.
• Coordinates safety requirements with field teams and subcontractors.
