The role collaborates with the Central Billing Office and various NYU teams to align offshore activities with organizational goals and improve revenue cycle processes.

The candidate will coordinate vendors, monitor deliverables, and report findings to management, while maintaining clear workflows and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in a billing office or healthcare setting with experience in healthcare finance, operations, medical reimbursement, and managed care contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of practice management and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Daily Engagement Management: Oversee daily interactions with offshore partners per SLA.
• Planning: Align offshore activities with organizational goals with Central Billing Office.
• Collaboration: Report issues to NYU teams for resolution or escalation.
• Vendor Coordination: Facilitate communication between CBO and offshore vendors.
• SLA Compliance: Monitor deliverables to meet productivity targets and flags deficiencies.
• Issue Resolution: Gather feedback and work with vendors on solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Conduct sessions with offshore teams on best practices.
• Workflow Clarification: Clarify workflows to offshore partners.
• Reporting: Use tools to pull data for management review and revenue enhancements.
• Present Findings to Management: Articulate trends and recommendations.
• Documentation: Maintain updated workflows and guidance.
• Participation: Attend team meetings and workflow sessions.
• Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulations.
• Projects: Support Offshore Operations Team and CBO.
• Travel: Up to 20% travel to domestic offices and quarterly international offsites.
