Job summary

Danos seeks a Deepwater Materials Coordinator to support procurement, tracking, and issuing materials for maintenance operations in the Gulf of Mexico region. You will optimize warehouse management, coordinate inventory checks, and liaise with maintenance personnel and SME teams.

Responsibilities include material receipt, storage, issue to job orders, and participation in CMS processes (SAP, Spare Parts Management, SCM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 years of material coordinating experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Offshore material coordinating experience preferred.
• Valid TWIC card required.

Responsibilities

• Purchase stocked and non-stocked materials per engineering specs and QA practices.
• Track materials purchased and provide ETA to Maintenance Team Lead & Planner/Schedulers.
• Assist with material invoice reconciliation.
• Receive, store securely, and issue materials to Planners per work orders.
• Coordinate with Planner/Scheduler and Maintenance Team Lead to manage inventory.
