Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking an Offshore Operations Support/Marine Coordinator to oversee on-board coordination for offshore projects in the United States. You will coordinate vessel activities, liaise with offshore site management, and ensure adherence to procedures while maintaining safety; OGUK Medical incl. Chester Step is required. This role ends Feb 2027 and involves close collaboration with stakeholders and the marine team.

Qualifications

• Preference for offshore wind farm operations experience.
• Knowledge of vessel and personnel logistics in dynamic offshore environments.
• OGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester Step.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities onboard the vessel and schedule drop-off and pickup times.
• Align onboard activities with logistics planning and report to Offshore Site Manager.
• Liaise with project stakeholders and arrange meetings.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures, processes and IT tools.
• Support HSE when required and maintain safety compliance.
• Operate offshore management system and contribute lessons learned.
• Plan and coordinate daily onboard constructions and activities.
