Job summary

You will report to the Head of Site Management and Installation Leads and ensure activities comply with contract specs and EHS/QA systems.

The role emphasizes zero-harm safety, QA, risk management, and Lean process improvements, with global travel and a rotating on/offshore schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore wind or large international industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA and site work processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and supervise assigned teams to ensure safe, timely execution.
• Plan daily activities, ensure compliance with contract specs and EHS/QA systems.
• Validate qualifications and briefing of all personnel, including contractors, on EHS protocols.
• Drive Lean workflows, monitor deviations, and coordinate site improvements.
• Manage working hours to protect crew well-being and prevent excessive on-site time.
