Bilfinger North America is seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Planner to support offshore fabric maintenance programs on Gulf of Mexico assets. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and scheduling to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.

Office-based with periodic offshore visits to validate scope and plan activities. You will work closely with inspectors, engineers, and operations personnel to translate findings into executable maintenance strategies that improve

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in planning offshore fabric maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of fabric maintenance, coatings, insulation, and asset integrity programs.
• Strong understanding of workpack / work instruction development, campaign planning, and integrated scheduling.
• Experience with offshore operations, inspection teams, engineering disciplines, and contractors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop fabric maintenance plans aligned with operational requirements and asset integrity objectives.
• Support resource forecasting, material planning, and execution readiness requirements.
• Coordinate support with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and plan low-complexity contingency work scopes for supervisors.
• Develop maintenance workpacks and work instructions for offshore execution.
• Conduct periodic offshore visits for scope validation and planning.
