Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Planner to join our offshore team in the Gulf of Mexico. This role focuses on planning, coordination, and scheduling of maintenance work scopes to ensure safe, efficient execution.

Based primarily in the office with periodic offshore visits, you will work with inspectors, engineers and operations to translate findings into executable maintenance strategies that improve asset reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience planning offshore fabric maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of fabric maintenance, coatings, insulation and asset integrity programs.
• Experience developing workpacks and work instructions, campaign planning and integrated scheduling.
• Experience with offshore operations, inspection teams, engineering disciplines and contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP CMMS and Primavera P6 preferred; AMPP/NACE/ICorr/FROSIO or PMI/APMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planning activities comply with safety, quality, client requirements, and safety standards.
• Develop fabric maintenance plans aligned with asset integrity objectives and operations.
• Create workpacks and work instructions to support offshore execution.
• Develop schedules, track backlogs, and prioritize scope of work.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Projects and inspectors to validate scope.
