Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking a safety-focused professional to support field operations across our projects in the region. This role emphasizes implementing safety procedures, conducting field observations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and craft workers to maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has 0-5 years of cumulative safety experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field.
• BCSP STSC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing safety procedures at the jobsite and field operations.
• Attend safety meetings, pre-job briefings, and safety planning sessions.
• Perform routine safety observations, audits, and incident investigations.
• Maintain project safety files and regulatory documentation in SharePoint.
• Support incident investigations, near-miss reports, and corrective actions.
