Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in drilling/offshore operations or equivalent.
• Experience leading engineers or technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Operations Engineering across offshore drilling.
• Set priorities and allocate engineering resources for rigs and projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective rig performance.
