Job summary

Core Group Resources seeks Drillship Mates for offshore operations in Texas. You will support the Master and Chief Mate in safe, efficient marine and deck activities, including compliance with safety regulations and operational integrity.

Ideal candidates have STCW certification, leadership ability, and strong knowledge of navigational systems and emergency procedures for offshore drilling environments.

Qualifications

• Completion of all required training and certification for the Drillship Mate position.
• Valid STCW Officer of the Watch (II/1) certificate with current flag state endorsement.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Knowledge of all technical calculations for safe marine vessel operations.
• Ability to perform emergency procedures, including evacuations and fire drills.
• Excellent knowledge of navigational systems, marine operations, and safety procedures.
