The role requires operating gravure or offset presses, performing make-ready tasks, and maintaining press condition to meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience operating offset or gravure printing presses.
• Ability to adjust and maintain press settings to meet specs.
• Proficient in color corrections and registration checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a gravure or offset press printing single/color/multi-color work to exact tolerances.
• Review job specs and determine press setup according to run layout.
• Perform make-ready tasks including hanging plates, assembling cylinders, and plate/cylinder inspection.
• Make color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform minor repairs and maintenance on the press.
