Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking an Offset Press Feeder in the United States. The role involves assisting in setting up and feeding offset presses, following schedules, and ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service while complying with company policies.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 30 lbs, and strong attention to detail. Overtime and a clean, orderly work area are expected responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Willing to work overtime and keep the work area neat.

Responsibilities

• Work from schedules, written and verbal instructions.
• Assist in changing plates to mechanisms such as guides, grippers and elevator for size and type of stock.
• Clean inking rollers; lubricate press parts; pack plate and blanket cylinders.
• Mix and obtain approval of color inks.
• Load press with specific type, size and color of paper stock.
• Bridge output as required by stock to avoid ink pickup or smearing.
• Observe all safety rules and maintain a neat work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
