Job description

Join Innovairre Communications: We Help People Who Help People

Every day at Innovairre, your craftsmanship fuels the missions of nonprofits around the globe. As the worldwide leader in nonprofit fundraising, we support 500+ marketing agencies, nonprofits, and commercial brands with 4,000+ colleagues across five continents and 28 countries. Our in‑house production, creative, data, and digital teams work as one to deliver high‑impact, cost‑effective direct mail.

A Day in the Life

You arrive to your press, review the job ticket, and start your setup: mount plates, dial in ink and water balance, and lock in color. Once the press is humming at optimal speed, you’re watching densities and registration like a hawk—making on‑the‑fly adjustments to keep every sheet on spec. If a defect appears, you catch it fast, correct, and continue. Between runs, you change plates, blankets, and cylinders; clean fountains; recalibrate systems; and document counts, makereadies, and waste with precision. Before you leave, you brief the next shift on status and any production concerns so they can hit the ground running.
