Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced Offset Lithographic Press Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm). You will own the press from make-ready through production, dialing in color and ensuring every sheet meets spec while keeping the schedule on track.

You should bring 5+ years on offset presses, comfort with Heidelberg/Komori/KBA sheetfed equipment, and a sharp eye for quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate sheetfed offset presses to achieve production goals and quality targets.
• Complete make-ready, color matching, and in-run adjustments to maintain consistency.
• Continuously inspect output and correct for color, registration, and other variables.
• Follow job tickets and production timelines while optimizing throughput.
• Handle routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at its best.
• Flag and escalation quality concerns quickly to reduce waste and downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area.

Your evening on 2nd shift

From 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, you’ll own the press—from make‑ready through production—so every sheet meets spec. You’ll dial in color, keep a sharp eye on quality, and keep the schedule moving without sacrificing standards.

• Prepare, set up, and operate sheetfed offset presses to achieve production goals and quality targets
