Job summary

Oliver Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled 2nd press operator to manage make-ready and feeding on a multicolor Komori press. You will run paper, foil, and plastic while maintaining tight tolerances and supporting preventive maintenance in a team-focused environment.

We require 3+ years in a pressroom or manufacturing role, strong mechanical skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Safety, quality, and efficiency come first in our stable, growth-oriented facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stack, and operate a pallet jack.
• Able to follow written/verbal instructions; effective solo and on a team.
• Uncompromising about safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own make-ready and feeding on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press.
• Confidently run paper, board, foil, and plastic while holding tight tolerances.
• Diagnose and resolve sheet-feeding issues; support preventive maintenance.
• Keep your area spotless, safe, and organized.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations—every time.
• Partner with the lead press operator to achieve quality and throughput targets.
