Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced pressroom operator for the 2nd shift in West Chatsworth, CA. You will set up feeders, run a high-speed Komori, and manage materials across paper, foil and plastic to ensure quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; works well independently and in teams.
• Physical capacity to lift/move up to 50 lbs., bend, stack, and use a pallet jack.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Execute make-ready and feed sheets on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press
• Handle a range of materials (paper, board, foil, plastic) to exacting quality standards
• Troubleshoot feeder challenges and assist with periodic/preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the press operator to hit quality and productivity metrics
