YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales: As a key LOD, you'll maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. Support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and achieve KPI results.
• Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Be a role model and hold associates accountable to our service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. Train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates. Provide ongoing performance feedback and celebrate successes to motivate and engage the team.
• Visual & operational innovation: Execute and innovate visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow company policies, and always do the right thing.
