A rapidly expanding insurance company is seeking customer service associates to provide support to working families. This full-time position offers commissions-only pay structure, where associates can earn significant income from sales of life insurance policies. Comprehensive training is provided to help new hires achieve success quickly.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect families' various needs, focusing on those with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could see payments within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We have streamlined the process so you can start selling policies quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
