Organization Description
The Talent and Learning (T&L) team consults across the Asia Pacific franchise, aiming to maximize organizational performance to meet current and future business objectives. This is achieved by partnering with the business to effectively manage talent, create and leverage diversity, and understand the competencies required in their teams to achieve business objectives, to then develop (where required), deliver and evaluate learning and development solutions.
The Talent and Development Analyst will be part of the Talent & Learning Professional Services group and will report directly to the Japan Talent Management Head. TLPS supports the program management of regional and country: (1) talent and professional skills programs, (2) talent and performance management processes, (3) diversity and inclusion programs/initiatives sponsored by T&L.
Key Responsibilities
The Talent and Development Analyst/Program Coordinator is responsible for the execution of program logistics. He/she oversees and coordinates multiple training programs or initiatives based on the requirements that TLPS Relationship Managers will provide. Tasks will vary depending on which process group the analyst will be handling.
