Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a proactive Officer, Safety & Security to protect facilities and support safe, compliant operations. You will conduct patrols, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents while engaging with customers, employees and vendors in a courteous, professional manner.
The role requires strong communication, vigilance, and adherence to Iron Mountain policies. Overtime, night, weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Officers will have daily interactions with all individuals who enter the facility, including customers, employees, visitors and vendors. The Officer, Safety & Security must maintain a professional demeanor and interact with these individuals in a courteous and professional manner.

Reasonably expected salary range: $42,500.00 - $53,100.00 Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
