Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking an Office/ Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily administrative operations and ensure efficient, policy-compliant office and warehouse functions. You will support staff, leadership, vendors, and visitors, manage records, and oversee procurement related to PPE, uniforms, tools, and equipment.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and collaboration with a warehouse team, while handling finance-related tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office administration, records management, scheduling, vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for visitors, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, records, files, and shared resources; coordinate purchases.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and correspondence.
• Assist with basic finance processes: POs, invoices, expense docs, budgets.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of confidential personnel records.
• Coordinate facility needs, safety supplies, and maintenance requests.
• Develop and update office procedures to improve service quality.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and compliance.
• Manage programs and systems including PPE, uniforms, tools, and vehicles.
• Supervise local warehouse team and provide support as needed.
