The Title Clerk will process title transfers in keeping with the administrative processes of the state and will expedite the paperwork transfer to the customer after the sale while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionThe Title Clerk is a highly organized multitasker able to work on multiple projects at the same time. They should be a good communicator able to relate to many different types of personalities and able to remain professional and calm in all discussions.The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy of documentation and coordinating with government agencies as well as the Sales Managers, Sales staff and our customers.They handle paperwork related to vehicle sales, transfers, and must maintain organized records, observing all privacy regulations and storage retention requirements.This position requires proficiency with computers including the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc), CDK Global, Rapid Recon, and various state titling websites.This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.Note: This job description is a general guideline and responsibilities may evolve based on the specific needs of the department.EOE
