This position works in NPERS' Data Services area and reviews, processes, and maintains complex records and written materials, selecting and using varied clerical procedures (such as scanning, data entry, sorting/filing correspondence and documents, and reviewing information for accuracy and completeness). They perform diverse office/clerical support. This person may provide procedural guidance and technical advice to other support or agency employees, and they perform related work as assigned.
Work Schedule: M-F, 7:30 a.m. - 4:0 p.m.
Hiring Rate: $15.338
Range: $15.338 - $22.610
The pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints if approved.

Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.
Preference will be given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education, and who demonstrate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Results of State Personnel typing, and data entry testing may be considered in the agency's selection process.
