Job summary

You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and lead strategic initiatives while collaborating with attorneys and leadership to advance office goals and engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a legal department, law firm, insurance defense environment, or comparable professional services organization.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing employees and driving change.
• Strong technology aptitude including Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, reporting tools, legal databases, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coach legal support staff.
• Lead process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
