Job description

We’re looking for an Office Support Technician for an onsite role near Summerville, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and resolve IT hardware and software issues using various communication methods (remote support, phone, email, tickets, etc.).
2. Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software.
3. Follow up with end users to ensure all problems are resolved appropriately.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and stay updated with the latest features and changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Must be able to work on a W-2
2. At least 1 year of experience as a help desk technician or similar customer-facing role in IT.
3. Experience with ServiceNow.
4. Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile phones, and other IT hardware.
5. Strong knowledge of Windows OS.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.

Education/Certifications:

• ITIL certification preferred.

The salary range is $45,000 - $50,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
