Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies in Wyoming seeks a clinically skilled clinician to provide and coordinate treatment across mental health and substance use services. You will prepare detailed assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and ensure timely documentation in patient records while maintaining confidentiality.

The role includes individual counseling, group education, and collaboration with staff and community resources.

Qualifications

• Fully certified as CSW, CAP, or CAPA, or eligible via licensure if current certification is out-of-state.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field from an accredited program.
• Post-certification experience in areas related to addiction treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and substance abuse evaluations with findings and recommendations.
• Deliver individual counseling and facilitate educational groups; document activities in patient records.
• Coordinate services with staff, community resources, and referral sources.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision; support clinical operations and documentation.
