As the first point of contact for patients at the BYU Student Health Center, this position helps create a welcoming and supportive environment grounded in compassion, collaboration, and excellence in care. In this team‑focused role, you will assist with greeting, scheduling, patient check‑in, and verification of demographic and insurance information. Your work directly supports student wellness and contributes to a positive experience for patients, providers, and every department within the Student Health Center.
Pay Grade: 46 Typical Starting Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job‑related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work‑related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.
