Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking an Office Specialist for Baptist Primary Care at Bartram Park. This full-time, day-shift role (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) involves patient registration, front-desk duties, and assisting patients to ensure smooth clinic flow.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of front desk experience, preferably in a medical office, and a high school diploma or GED. Join a busy, patient-focused team in a faith-based health system.

Baptist Health is looking to add an Office Specialist at Baptist Primary Care, located at Baptist Bartram Park on Old Saint Augustine Road in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. As the Office Specialist, you will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. You will handle posting charges and payments and telephone protocols. It is vital that this candidate people-oriented and is adept with multi-tasking. This is a position for a focused, task-oriented and self motivated individual who thrives in a busy atmosphere. Our ideal candidate is an energetic team player who excels in a professional setting.

Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:

Experience Requirements:

• One-Two Years Front Desk Experience
• Preferred Experience Working in a Medical Office

Preferred Education & Credential Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Required
