The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Office Specialist to operate a multi-line telephone switchboard, greet visitors, and handle clerical duties including accounts payable. Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and route calls to the appropriate staff.

• Reconcile cash drawer daily and deposit checks.
• Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
• Scan documents into electronic storage systems.
• Process accounts payable invoices in a paperless workflow.
• Perform general typing and other duties as required.

• Greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department or staff members.
• Answer and route all incoming phone calls.
• Distribute incoming mail, create outgoing shipping labels, and coordinate carrier pickup.
• Reconcile cash drawer daily, deposit checks, and create bank cash deposit.
• Monitor and re-order office supplies as needed.
• Scan documents into electronic document storage systems.
• Process accounts payable invoices in a paperless workflow environment.

Qualifications:

• Should possess a High School diploma.
• The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay Range

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience.

$18.00 - $22.00 / hour
