Job summary

The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role handles day-to-day shipping/receiving of parts and stocking inventory to ensure parts are available when needed.

Responsibilities include stocking bins, verifying shipments, maintaining organization, and assisting the parts counter during peak load. This is a safety-sensitive position with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• MVR guidelines compliance.
• Experience in related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock parts bins and verify incoming shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and related areas.
• Assist parts counter during high demand.
• Track and document all shipments and damaged freight.
• Deliver parts as needed and pull orders.

he Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Primary Purpose of the Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Clerk is the day-to-day shipping and receiving of parts as well as stocking parts inventory in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for stocking parts bins.
• Verifies incoming shipments of parts and shop Uses packing slips, invoices, and scan guns.
• Maintains a clean, professional, and organized warehouse and all other affiliated areas.
• Assists the parts counter when customer load demands.
• Controls and segregates core inventory and inspects all returned cores.
• Track and document all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Relay pertinent information to all parts personnel regarding incoming shipments.
• Submits and tracks all damaged freight claims.
• Pulls parts orders as needed.
• Deliver parts as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Should Possess a High School diploma.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Motor Vehicle record must fall within TLG’s MVR guidelines.
• Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
