Senior On-Site Service Specialist

$18.00 - $21.49 per hour

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist , where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience through high-quality operational support. You will work with technology across high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing functions while helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.

From equipment operation and troubleshooting to customer service and reception support, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional on-site service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy equipment , ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and promptly elevate technical issues for resolution.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests.

• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services rendered.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely delivery of completed jobs and support various building functions.

• Provide additional on-site support as needed, including meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties.

• Follow established safety standards and protocols when handling equipment and materials to maintain a safe work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience .

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite .

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience with copy/print jobs or related services.
