Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an Office Services Assistant in Roseland, NJ. Under the Office Services Manager, you will support mail operations, duplication, facilities, and supply services to ensure smooth office function.
Requirements include 2+ years in office services, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years clerical experience, preferably in a law firm. The role is Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–7:00 pm, with possible overtime, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Under the direction of the Office Services Manager, the Office Services Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks.
Roseland, NJ (In-person)
Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Work hours may vary and may include overtime.)
Miscellaneous bank, post office and local messenger runs as needed.
The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position is $52,000 to $55,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
