Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented administrative support professional in Houston to assist sales teams and management. You will prepare proposals, maintain reports in MS Excel and Word, and manage communications and mail processing.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, strong communication, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SAP and construction industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry with attention to detail.
• SAP and construction experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and the Internet.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks.
• Accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Reps with proposals, memos and setting up calls.
• Create and maintain Excel/Word reports.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system.
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Order office supplies.
• Support management with day-to-day needs.
• Track sales and marketing campaigns.
• Research market segments and daily sales support activities.
