About the Role:

We’re looking for a well-organized, people-focused Office & Sales Coordinator to support both administrative operations and client-facing sales efforts. You’ll work directly with the President and Vice President, helping manage leads, schedule jobs, organize the office, and maintain a responsive client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Help schedule jobs and technician visits via Workiz (training provided)
• Follow up with prospective clients and prepare basic quotes or proposals
• Assist with light social media presence (mostly LinkedIn)
• Maintain records and templates using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Support internal operations and help the founders build a strong local team

What We’re Looking For:

• Spanish language a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Based in the Tampa Bay area with valid driver’s license (local travel required)
• Organized, motivated, and willing to learn new digital tools
• Direct mentorship from company founders
• Training on Workiz, CRM, and AI tools
