Cecimcclure is currently seeking an Office Representative for their State Farm Agent Team in Longwood, FL. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while helping clients with their insurance and financial needs.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and establishing relationships to effectively market insurance products. Previous sales experience and a Property and Casualty license are preferred, while applicants must be dedicated to customer satisfaction and communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
