Kyle Angelle State Farm is seeking an Agent Team Member to connect with community members, build relationships, and deliver friendly customer service. This role supports the agent in marketing, selling State Farm insurance and financial services.

You will establish relationships, respond to inquiries, and work toward licensing requirements. Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $100,000 annually plus benefits, with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
