Job summary

Baptist Health in Camden is seeking an Office Representative for the Ouachita Valley Family Clinic. The role handles patient check-in, phone calls, scheduling, and basic billing in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, filing, and assisting with front-desk duties during daytime hours in a clinic setting. HS Diploma or GED required; clinic experience and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.

Summary:
The call center registration clerk is responsible for greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintain patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments and other related duties as assigned.

Other information:
HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent, Previous clinic experience preferred, Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills, and minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)
