Summary:
The call center registration clerk is responsible for greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintain patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments and other related duties as assigned.
Other information:
HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent, Previous clinic experience preferred, Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills, and minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)
